1. Services Overview
Spotlight Reviews provides automated Google review management services for local businesses, including but not limited to:
Automated review request campaigns sent via text message and email
AI-powered and templated review response management
Personalized review images
Social media review repurposing
Smart review routing
CRM integration
The specific features available to you depend on the plan you select (Starter, Growth, or Pro).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to connect any third-party accounts (such as your Google Business Profile) to our platform.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the free trial period, you will have full access to the features included in your selected plan. At the end of the 14-day trial, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the applicable monthly subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
5. Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans: Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your account until payment is successfully processed.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your plan through the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle.
We are not obligated to provide refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.

7. Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree not to:
Use our platform to send spam, misleading, or fraudulent review requests
Attempt to generate fake, incentivized, or otherwise inauthentic reviews in violation of Google's review policies
Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
8. Google Business Profile and Third-Party Integrations
Our services integrate with Google Business Profile and other third-party platforms. By connecting these accounts, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are the authorized owner or manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect.
We will access and interact with your business reviews, listings, and related data as necessary to provide our services.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by Google or other third-party platforms that may affect our ability to deliver services.
You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service and review policies at all times.
9. AI-Generated Content
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate review responses and other content on your behalf. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated responses are created based on the information and preferences you provide, but may require your review and approval.
We are not liable for the accuracy, tone, or content of AI-generated responses once they are posted.
You are ultimately responsible for any content published to your Google Business Profile or other platforms through our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on our website and platform are the property of SLC Spotlight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLC Spotlight and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will result in a specific number of reviews, improved search rankings, or increased revenue. Results vary depending on your business, customer volume, and other factors outside our control.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLC Spotlight and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
